The hotel had a confusing breakfast situation. Staff seemed indifferent and not well-trained to handle customer orders. I experienced unpleasant smells and outdated facilities that made my stay uncomfortable.

The breakfast confusion was eventually resolved with free vouchers, and both the pool and hot tub were excellent additions to my stay.

I had a wonderful time in my Evolution King Room with plenty of space to relax! The in-house breakfast buffet was delightful, with freshly prepared options that gave me the perfect start to each day. The staff went the extra mile, especially Lin during breakfast, making my mornings extra special with her friendly service!

First night was smooth the breakfast was actually pretty good, felt comfortable and the rooms were clean. Had a fridge and microwave which was a big plus. Merlin was the shining star here, really attentive.
